Crab Cakes
I call these crazy crab cakes only because the ingredients sound a little strange, but it’s a simply delicious and not to mention a super low-fat dish!
Ingredients:
1 lb. crabmeat
3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
4 tsp dijon mustard
2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp Saltan Salts Rosemary Rock Salt
1/3 cup plain dried bread crumbs
1 tablespoon canola oil
soy sauce

Directions:
Combine crabmeat, mayonnaise, mustard, chives,
pepper, Saltan Salts Rosemary Rock Salt and bread crumbs in a meadium bowl.
Sprinkle just a little bit of soy sauce over the
mixture and mix it in. Shape mixture into 6 cakes.
Put aluminum foil on your broil pan and place all
six cakes on the pan broil for 5-10 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
Makes 6 servings.
